These terms cover your use of the LVL UP Construction website, our Blueprint software and our text messaging program. By using them you agree to these terms. Questions: alexander@lvl-up-construction.com.

Estimates and proposals

Estimates, including those prepared by text, are for planning only. They are not an offer or a contract. Work is agreed only in a written proposal or contract that both parties accept, and actual costs depend on site conditions, permits and the final scope.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for the information you upload and send.

Text messaging program

Program: LVL UP Construction estimate texts. Contractors who use Blueprint text job details and site photos to our number and receive price estimates, proposal notices and sign-in codes back.
Opt-in: you opt in by linking and verifying your mobile number in Blueprint and ticking the consent box. See Text messaging.
Frequency: Message frequency varies with how many jobs you send.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Help: Reply HELP for help, or email alexander@lvl-up-construction.com.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation and nothing after it. Reply START to resume.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, Blueprint or our number: no unlawful content, no attempts to break in, and no sending messages for anyone who has not agreed to it.

Liability

The website and Blueprint are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, LVL UP Construction is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also the Privacy Policy.
