Privacy Policy
Last updated October 5, 2026
This policy explains what LVL UP Construction ("we") collects through this website, our Blueprint software and our text messaging program, and how we use it. Questions: alexander@lvl-up-construction.com.
What we collect
- Project inquiries: your name, email, phone, project location, description, budget, timeline, and any photos or plans you upload.
- Accounts: name, email, and password or Google sign-in, plus your company details.
- Text messages: your mobile number, the date you agreed to receive texts, and the texts and photos you send to our number.
- Project records: proposals, files and permits created while we work on a project.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and prepare estimates and proposals.
- To send the texts and emails you asked for.
- To run, secure and improve Blueprint.
Estimates may be drafted with the help of AI models that read the details and photos you send. They are used only to produce your estimate.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that run Blueprint for us, under their own privacy terms:
- Google Cloud, for hosting, file storage and AI processing.
- Twilio, to send and receive text messages.
- Resend, to send email.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep project records for as long as the project and its warranty and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete your account or inquiry at any time by emailing us.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
- Unlink your phone on your Blueprint Account page.
- Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
See Text messaging for the full texting program details, and the Terms.
